Reporting ACM

Since 2017 The ACM has been conducting an investigation into whether PZEM published availability data from the Sloecentrale power plant correctly, completely or in a timely manner. Having concluded in their investigation that PZEM did not publish this data correctly, completely or in a timely manner, the ACM imposed a fine on PZEM in April 2022.

PZEM takes compliance very seriously and chooses to use this as a further opportunity to set into motion improvements in its processes in line with REMIT requirements. PZEM looks forward to active clarification and guidance from ACM to ensure continued REMIT compliance.
